Hoy Kim


Hoy has over a decade of pastoral experience in student ministries, speaking, teaching, discipleship, and leadership development. He is Founder and Lead Coach of Point B Coach Solutions and Partnership Development Trainer with Kingdom Come Training. He also serves as Ministry Coach for the Intern Academy and Lead222, an international coaching and mentoring ministry. In addition, he continues to serve as an itinerant ministry coach for several national youth ministry organizations. He has spoken to over 50,000 youth and college-age students and young adults in both urban and suburban communities.As a pastor and trained speaker, he is passionate about communicating scriptural truths with skillful delivery, personal integrity, and unconventional insight. As a professionally trained storyteller, Hoy possesses the captivating ability to draw listeners in to experience the biblical story from the very first word. His raw, authentic, and unflinching approach often challenges listeners to rethink conventional understanding. In the end, Hoy is able to keenly bring his listeners to a new and fresh awareness of scripture, and one’s identity in Christ and missional living.

Hoy and his wife, Audrey, reside in Northern California with their two children, Elijah and Dahlia. They enjoy rooting for the Boston Red Sox, whether they win or lose, and spending time with the kids, at the library or the park, flying a kite, riding their bikes, or playing with graffiti paint in the backyard.
